Returns & Exchanges
At HAJI, we want you to shop with confidence. We comply with all applicable consumer protection regulations and offer a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day your order is delivered.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and original packaging must remain intact
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, fragrance, or customer-caused damage cannot be accepted
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. The customer remains responsible for the parcel until it has been received and inspected by HAJI.
How to Start a Return
All returns must be registered through our self-service return portal.
1. Sign In
Access the return portal using either:
- Your email address (a secure one-time code will be sent), or
- Your Google account, if linked to the email used at checkout
2. Select Your Order
Log in to your order history and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
3. Submit a Return Request
Select the item, choose the reason for return, and submit your request.
4. Review & Approval
All return requests are reviewed by HAJI.
Items must not be returned before approval. Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.
5. Confirmation & Return Shipment
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. The item may then be sent to the return address provided below.
Important Information
- HAJI does not provide prepaid return labels
- Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer

Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
This will always be clearly stated on the product page prior to purchase.
Final Sale typically applies to:
- Sale or clearance items
- Limited edition products
- Special promotional items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a return request immediately through the return portal.

In such cases, return shipping will be covered by HAJI, and you may choose between:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement item of equal value
Exchanges
HAJI does not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for your preferred size or product. This ensures faster processing and availability.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note that additional processing time may be required by banks or payment providers.
