Refund policy

At SimpleFix, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns can only be requested for orders with a value equivalent to more than €10.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • The original return label provided by us must be used for the return shipment.
  • Returns sent using a different return label or shipping carrier may be rejected and may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Some products may not be eligible for return based on supplier return policies.
  • The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please submit a message through our Contact Us form and select "Return Request" as the subject.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return

Our team will review your request and typically respond within 12 hours.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return label and detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement item at no additional cost

If the item must be returned, SimpleFix will provide the return label and cover all return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund. This will always be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, although additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
